On Friday, October 21, 2022, Canada Post presented Goat Mountain Kids’ Society with $3,547.33 toward a diverse selection of supplies and equipment for the Centre. Puppets, play food, felt story sets, construction blocks are among the pieces that will be purchased to support creative play. Musical instruments, toy dump trucks, an LED light panel and much more will also be purchased.
Also making these purchases possible is a $500 grant from the Regional District of Central Kootenay’s (RDCK’s) Recreation Commission No.6.
